Please Note: Selecting an upgraded shipping option will not decrease the time it takes to process orders, it only speeds up shipping time it takes to receive your order.

We process and ship out orders Monday - Friday and are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays.

*Items returned to sender because of a customer address error will be recharged the shipping rate.

**Please note we are not responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery we are unable to issue a refund. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package.

***We are not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS or UPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Please contact them directly if your items are not delivered on time. 

****We are not responsible for any in international duties/taxes/tariffs charged to customers upon international delivery.

We understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of your order being fulfilled. Due to sanitary reasons, items being returned must be in the original condition that it was sent, with no sign of visible wear such as: Makeup, Deodorant Stains, Fragrances, etc. Otherwise the return will be rejected by our return department. We kindly ask you to package the item with care in the original form it was sent.

Items marked Final Sale can not be returned.

How to make a return?

- Step 1: Please contact us at antoninaapparel@gmail.com indicating the item(s) you would like to return, the order number, the reason for the return.
- Step 2: We’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Step 3: Once your returned items are back at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days after receiving your return and refunds will be issued to the original payment method. You'll receive an email to confirm once the return has been completed.

*Customer is responsible for return shipping, AntoninaApparel.com does not provide return labels. We recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services so you know when the return has been delivered.

AntoninaApparal.com reserves the right to reject any return that is not within the 14 day return window and not in the original condition it was sent.

EXCHANGES: If you need a different size please return your item and place a new order.

Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product is damaged in transit or is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with the shipping carrier.

If your item or items get delivered and have defects, please email antoninaapparel@gmail.com a photo of the defect along with your order number within 7 days of delivery. We will work quickly to give a refund for the merchandise in original payment form.

We are not responsible for lost packages. The customer is responsible to correspond with the shipping carrier for assistance.

If you would like to cancel your order, we can do so as long as the order has not packaged or shipped. Please email us at antoninaapparel@gmail.com to cancel or change your order.
